The Fafa Island Resort is renowned for its unique contemporary Polynesian European gourmet dishes especially its seafood delights. Meals are also served on the veranda right over the water with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The open-air cocktail bar offers a wide range of beers, wines and tropical cocktails. You can swing away the day in your hammock or even pamper yourself with a Polynesian massage. Also at your disposal are snorkel gear, paddleboards, small sailing boats and a sailing catamaran. This resort also offers daily excursions to uninhabited islands and coral reefs.

Liku’Alofa Resort is located right on the waterfront of the popular western beaches of Tonga’s main island. It is a pleasant 30 minute drive from the International Airport so you can be unpacked and relaxed in next to no time. The main town of Nuku’alofa is only 20 minutes drive away.



Nestled in the 14 acres of tropical gardens are our 17 comfortable fales, each with its own bathroom. Built towards the end of 2008, the accommodation is new and spacious, with tiled floors, overhead fans, TV and phone, plus a private terrace from which to sit and view the ocean and sunsets. Each fale accommodates 2 persons, but our duplex fales have inter-connecting doors making them ideal for families.

Enjoy incredible sunsets from the resort's terrace to the sounds of classical music before adjourning to the fully licensed restaurant where fresh fish and lobster are the specialty. Each bungalow has a spacious verandah overlooking the sea, furnished with sun chairs and extra beach towels are provided. The large rooms are tiled, cooled by ceiling fans, and have either one king size bed or two single beds, spacious tiled bathrooms with hot showers, refrigerators, coffee and tea making facilities, radios, and office services.
